If your computer is not able to display the "digital product on media*" then please review the "FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS" section first. If you can't find an answer there:
    1. Contact us by email at and explain the problem. The CD may not be faulty and most times we can help to sort out the apparent problem.
    2. If we agreed that the CD is faulty, and authorize its return, simply place it in its original packing, cross out your address, leave our return label on the packet and mark it "Return to Sender". We normally replace a faulty CD, but if the product is no longer available (i.e., withdrawn) we will make a refund.
Please note that refunds will not be made if the product is found to be in working condition.
* the phrase "digital product on media" identifies any software product which is delivered on any physical media, i.e., CD, DVD, USB memory, Hard or Solid State Disk, etc.  Software delivered by non physical means, i.e., via the Internet, or by direct copy onto your media, is specifically NOT "digital product on media."
To complete your return, we require a receipt, our Order Number (See our Invoice), or an acceptable proof of purchase from Archive CD Books Canada Inc.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of our offer to fulfill our Guarantee.
Please allow sufficient time for the product you have returned to us to arrive and for us to evaluate it. AND enough time for a replacement product to arrive back at your location.  This may take from four to six weeks in North America - depending on your location.  Mail delivery times (for packets) outside North America are very unpredictable, but are unlikely to be less that those within North America so please allow a minimum of four weeks for the round trip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we should decide to offer you a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
