ROBERT ALBERT STERLING, on complaint, charged with a breach of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1921, section 21, at Pooraka; complaint dismissed. For a breach of section 34 of the Motor Vehicles Act he was fined 10s. and costs 10s. Evidence obtained by F.C.'s Sessle and Chilman.
EVELYN GERTRUDE MAY BENNEAR (alias EVA ROSS), on complaint, charged with a breach of the Licensing Acts 1917 to 1923, section 197, at Bremen Hotel, Hope Valley; fined £5 and costs £1. Evidence obtained by P.C.C.'s Lindsay (W.H.) and Regan.
