I, The undersigned, John Goss, of Tea-tree Gully, near Adelaide, stonemason, do hereby declare that I am unable to meet my engagements with my creditors. Dated at the hour of half-past two o'clock in the afternoon, this twenty-seventh day of March, in the year of your Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.
